Community Inspired Learning is aligned with the concept of "ujima" with a focus on solving community problems through collaborative community effort.
The current Community Inspired Learning Initiative theme invites scholars, community leaders and a collective supportive village to collaborate together to solve the environmental and water issues within marginalized and/or rural communities.
The Supportive Village of Women Leaders is a gathering spot that is strategically curated for women leaders to be better informed and equipped to confidentially be an asset to a village structure of community inspired learning.
The Supportive Village + Scholars gathering spot is holistically curated for women leaders, teen girl & young women scholars to be empowered while addressing action driven solutions for clean water access & better communities.
This gathering spot is where "ujima" is centered and put into action. In this space opportunities are presented such as workshops and initiatives to address water solutions for rural and marginalized communities.
